1 General Provisions

3.1 Identity Verification Process

bd34 may request necessary documents from members at any time for identity verification. These documents may include:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Confirmation of ownership of the payment method.
• Any government-issued document proving age.

bd34 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until identity verification is complete. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure.

4 Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods can be used to deposit on bd34: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may increase if identity verification or a security check is required.

• Withdrawals must use the same payment method used for the deposit.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After claiming a bonus, wagering requirements must be met before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. bd34's wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• A member may claim each bonus offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• bd34 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If a bonus is declined before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus funds will be automatically removed.

6 Gaming Rules

6.2 Software & Connection Disruptions

7 Prohibited Activities

• Abusing or attempting to manipulate the bonus system.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

bd34 may temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If a technical error or security risk is detected.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.

11.2 Conditions for VIP Benefits
